Our XFC technology allows for charging rates of up to 480 kW, meaning that electric vehicles can be charged up to 75% faster than current charging options.

Humphrey Yu is a highly experienced business leader with a wealth of knowledge in the charging infrastructure and import/export industries. He has spent several years working at Tesla Industries, where he gained in-depth knowledge and insights on the inner workings of the electric vehicle and energy storage markets. He has been able to apply this knowledge and experience to his work in the import/export sector where he has over 15 years of experience working with a variety of raw materials and food supplies.
Geoff Lee is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology, functional health & wellness products and data technology sectors. He has been involved in the co-founding, managing, operating and commercial scale-up, capital raising and corporate governance of businesses in these areas. Geoff is a co-founder of Functional Technologies Corp and Phyterra, the predecessor company of what is now Renaissance Bioscience Corp, a company that operates in 4 continents around the globe. He has also served as a Director/Officer in private and public companies. He holds an M.B.A from the Ivey Business School.
Rod Jao has been the visionary force behind several privately-held investment corporations, steering them to remarkable success. These corporations specialized in investments within the realm of commercial and residential real estate. His venture capital division played a pivotal role in nurturing and financing promising ventures across diverse sectors such as technology, manufacturing, food & beverage, and telecommunications.

Aarons solid background in leading teams to design and implement innovative solutions in the web and mobile applications space will be extremely beneficial for the ioCharge team. Aaron has built and successfully exited 2 software companies in the past 5 years. He looks forward to propelling ioCharge technology into an industry leader in the renewable energy sector
Philip Atwell is a multitalented professional with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and construction industries, as well as 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with Ford Motor Company. He is an award-winning producer and director, a custom home builder and has experience in product analysis, dealer acquisitions and brand awareness.

With over 20 Years’ experience across multiple roles, she has the ability to span both business development, and commercialization of multi-million- dollar projects across continents. Damarys has been accredited with the development of world-class strategic growth solutions, across energy sectors, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining and solar, by building complex
operational supply and manufacturing chains.
Justin Mabanta is a highly experienced professional with over 13 years of capital market experience as an entrepreneur, principal investor, and licensed Equities Broker/Investment Advisor. He has a deep understanding of various sectors including mining/resources, technology and the cannabis sectors, and has been involved in several listed ventures in these industries. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Business/ Communications.
Josue has 19+ years of experience in the infrastructure and power industry, developing power assets globally. He previously, worked at Khouri Group, where he led M&A energy infrastructure transactions and developed the company’s energy division and asset management portfolios along with companies such as Genia, Neosia, Photon Development.

He has held multiple executive roles, including CEO, COO, CTO, CPO, and CSO, and for the past decade, he has been directing technology investment for family offices and venture capitalists.
David Roberts is a seasoned industrialist with over 40 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors. He has a strong track record of formulating and implementing prescriptive and evolutionary strategies, as well as proven skills in motivating teams and resolving business issues. He also has a vast network of global business relationships and experience in international operations and markets, commercializing nascent technologies, MBOs/MBIs and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has a close working relationship with UK Government on the UK automotive sector, supply chain growth, and expansion.
